Little Battle takes place in two phases: Recruitment and Treasure Hunt.

To recruit their crew, each player draws a hand of 5 pirate cards. He chooses one and places it on his ship and passes the remaining cards to his neighbor. The selection is thus repeated until each has a full crew.

Players then send their pirates to search for treasure chests. If there are more than one to covet the same, the battle will be inevitable. But beware of the surprises, not all chests contain as much gold!
