Article R1 – Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within a period of fourteen days. This period begins on the day following receipt of the product by the consumer or on their behalf. During this period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to assess whether the consumer wishes to keep it.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the merchant together with all accessories delivered at the same time. Where reasonably possible, the product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging, in accordance with the clear instructions provided by the merchant.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the consumer must notify their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the fourteen-day withdrawal period. Once the decision to withdraw has been communicated, the consumer has an additional period of fourteen days to return the product to us.
Article R2 – Refund of the order

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the merchant shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract is notified. The refund shall be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise, and provided that no additional costs are incurred by the consumer.

Proof of purchase: The consumer is not required to present an original invoice or delivery note in order to exercise the right of withdrawal. Proof of purchase must remain free and may not be imposed by the merchant. Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law does not provide for any exception to the right of withdrawal in the absence of an invoice. To speed up processing, the consumer is encouraged to include the order reference and/or the name under which the order was placed.

Notification of withdrawal: Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer must inform the merchant of their decision to withdraw from the contract. The consumer may use the official withdrawal form available for download here.
Article R3 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

If the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal, the merchant may exclude this right only if it has been clearly stated in the offer, and at the latest before the conclusion of the contract.

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for:

the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;

the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
-
the supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
Specific case – Trading Card Games (TCG / JCC)
Trading card game products (such as, but not limited to, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Flesh and Blood, Lorcana, as well as any other card game with randomised content) are sealed products whose contents are inherently random and whose value depends directly on the integrity of the original packaging.
Due to proven risks of fraud, content manipulation and undetectable reconditioning (including resealing), the integrity of a trading card game product can no longer be guaranteed after delivery, even when the packaging appears intact or sealed.
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for such products when they cannot be returned without a risk of alteration, substitution or abuse.
As a result, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for trading card game products after delivery, including when the product is returned in apparently sealed packaging.
