Article R1 - Right of withdrawal

  1. When purchasing products, the consumer can terminate the contract without giving any reason and within a period of fourteen days. This period begins on the day the product is received by the consumer or on his behalf.

  2. During this period, the consumer will have to handle the product and the packaging with care. The consumer must unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to be able to judge whether or not he wishes to keep the product. If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, he must return to the merchant the product as well as all the accessories delivered simultaneously and - if this is reasonably possible - in their original condition and packaging, in accordance with adequate and clear instructions provided by the trader.

Article R2 - Costs in case of withdrawal

  1. If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, he must take charge the costs which cannot exceed the amount of the redirection.

  2. The merchant reimburses all payments received from the consumer, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

  3. The merchant makes the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed by the consumer for another means of payment and provided that the reimbursement does not incur any costs for the consumer.

  4. Additional costs resulting from the explicit choice of the consumer to opt for a Delivery methods other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the company are not reimbursed by the merchant.

  5. Regarding sales contracts, unless it offers to recover the goods itself, the merchant can defer reimbursement until recovery of the goods, or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts.

Article R3 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

  1. If the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal, the trader can exclude this right only if he has clearly mentioned it in the offer, and at least before the conclusion of the contract.

  2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for:

  • the supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized;

  • the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • the supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for protection reasons health or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;

  • the supply of goods which, after having been delivered, and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles.
