If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, he must take charge the costs which cannot exceed the amount of the redirection.
The merchant reimburses all payments received from the consumer, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
The merchant makes the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed by the consumer for another means of payment and provided that the reimbursement does not incur any costs for the consumer.
Additional costs resulting from the explicit choice of the consumer to opt for a Delivery methods other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the company are not reimbursed by the merchant.
Regarding sales contracts, unless it offers to recover the goods itself, the merchant can defer reimbursement until recovery of the goods, or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts.
