Remember how you used to ride your bike, with streamers billowing in the breeze? These 70s inspired handlebar streamers are perfect for giving your scooter a bit of style. All the kids love them!
PLEASE NOTE: The streamers are attached to the rubber ball of the handles, by pushing them into the holes. Once in place, the rubber can break when someone pulls hard on the streamers. This type of damage is not covered by our warranty.
